North American Realty of Nevada is a full service brokerage located in Henderson, Nevada which is 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Started in 2004, the brokerage has attracted over 100 experienced agents.

I and my partners predicted short sales would become an increasingly popular method of liquidating overpriced homes once lending institutions finally realized how truly costly recouping losses through foreclosure is to them. A short sale skips a crucial step, having to take the property back! Instead, it goes directly to a new owner.
Currently, I have more than 40 short sale listings. Having an experienced agent representing you in a short sale is essential.
