Former Las Vegas Real Estate Agent Arrested for Rental Scam
A former Las Vegas Real Estate Agent was arrested on Wednesday for renting out homes he did not own or have permission to rent. Apparently he was arrested before for doing something similar back in 2004 and he subsequently had his licnese revoked by the Nevada Real Estate Division. I guess he didn’t learn! Unfortunately many have been affected by this former real estate agent’s scam.

If you are going to be renting a home in Las Vegas, make sure the company that is handling the Property Management is licensed and a reputable company. If you have any doubt, feel free to ask the Property Manager Broker to provide a copy of their license or you could even call the Nevada Real Estate Division.
